Great installation experience
Installation by Cordell was perfect: punctual, tidy, polite, considerate and willing to put equipment where I needed it. He checked that the service was performing correctly before leaving.

It's too early to say if the broadband service is reliable or not; that's for a future review.

To cherry pick or not to cherry pick, that is the question!
My initial installation couldn't not be completed as the third party installer could not climb my telegraph pole which has been marked as defective by Openreach and they did not have a cherry picker. Josh Bunce and Richard Gurney from Community Fibre came to the rescue today armed with a cherry picker and performed the installation successfully. They were excellent and followed my preferred path for the fibre cable and modem location. The installation was quick and they left the area clean. I then performed a speed test and confirmed the contracted speed is available so I am a happy customer. Long live the Altnets!

Hassle-free, quality installation service
Hassle free and quality customer service throughout, from the initial booking of installation, rebooking on short notice, to the installation itself. Steve S from Foils was very helpful, explained everything clearly so I could get landlord approval on the spot, did the job in a quick and tidy manner and left me with clear setup instructions.

Helpful customer service agent
I had to phone customer service as my booked installation was not happening.William Kelso was very helpful and found out what the problem was, informed me , rectified what hadn’t been done and stopped me wasting any more time. He rebooked the appointment and organised compensation. He performed his job cheerfully and I am hoping that everything goes smoothly now.

Quick and helpful service
I had been trying to get a fiber connection to this Internet forsaken house for two years with absolutely no luck.

Harry and Dan (from Foil) shepherded me into the 21st century, less than an hour from their arrival. They were both very helpful in advising me about where the new cables could ingress into my property and set me up incredibly quickly. I was connected to the new service via my phone before they had even left.

10/10, would recommend to anybody, especially if like me, you live in a place that society and Google maps has forgotten about.

Community fibre installation
We were told the engineer would arrive between 8-12, but they came just after 12. An update on the day might have been better for others, but it wasn't an issue for us.
The installation in all took around an hour. And the engineer, Tommy Holden, was friendly and able to answer our questions and advise on any installation issues.

New Mains Box
They phoned to tell me how long they would be so that I was ready for their arrival. When they got to me they assessed the fault and fixed it quickly and efficiently explaining what they were doing. I could not have been more happy with their visit. Josh Bunce & Richard Gurney were so good, polite and friendly could not have wished for two helpful and professional people.

It’s Really good
Just had the Internet installed. The engineer Tommy was excellent. He wore floor protectors came in set up mode and boxes and we worked out a way of getting the cable into the house. Not the easiest job but it wasn’t put in that too hard basket. It was all done very professionally and everything worked on the first try.
I would definitely recommend getting the service.
Oh and I now get 800-900mb on the Wi-Fi superdupa fast not sad to say goodbye to bt

Very helpful and quick to respond
Walkyria Was super nice when placing my order and walked through everything precisely and explained everything clearly.

Shane sorted my installation changes very promptly and was very nice in the process and reassured me the wrongly created installations were cancelled.

Been a good experience so far

Lee arrived on time, after calling to check if we're still ok to have the installation done, very professional and answered all our questions. Work done without a fuss or any mess and tested internet speed was as promised. We'll still have to check that on zoom calls the signal stays as expected (the whole reason we changed providers was because of dropped calls in a room upstairs) but so far so good. Very pleased with Lee's help!

Not recommended ?
Since installtion done on 11th jan 2023, this is the 3rd time broadband is down. Within 20 days span I am out of internet for atleat 10 days.
By writing today since 8 days they have not fixed my broadband. I was expecting call from manager within 48 hrs from 1st feb but After 8 days still awaiting for their call.
Guys pls be aware regarding worst internet service....I am out of cooling of period so if i will cancel contract then i have to pay full cancellation charges regardless issue on their side
Pls do not fall for cheap deal from cfl....

Great service
Very quick and efficient service. Online signup was very easy. Harry and Daniel were in first thing in the morning to do the installation. They were courteous and answered all my queries and did the installation to a very high standard. The broadband speed looks great, overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

William @foil. Was really helpful. Soon he came to property he went though everything, within an hour everything was set up and running.

There was a small issue but this was a clerical error and was resolved swiftly.

Great service all round
I've always had a good experience with Community Fibre and you can actually get through to their customer services people when you need to! Shane was helpful in closing the account in the timeframe that i needed. Shame to leave them but I can't take the service to my new home.

Great service to fix an issue
Our wifi stopped working and this was the first real test of how Community Fibre are as a company. Passed with flying colours! Call to customer services was useful and an engineer booked. Josh Bunce and Richard Gurney were the technicians who came out to troubleshoot the issue. Spotted the problem quickly and installed a new external cable to solve the issue. Great work and really please with Community Fibre since we switched to them.
